Zoom is looking for Enterprise Account Executives to sell our Zoom Platform. Our Enterprise AEs engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Zoom platform. You’ll build positive, trusted relationships with C-Suite decision makers and help customers realize the value of their investments. Our Enterprise business team focuses on working with growing organizations with 10,000+ employees.
Meet or exceed sales objectives at the Enterprise level
Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources as required
Create client presentations, proposals and coordinate quarterly business reviews
Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives
Utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close
Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage large, complex sales situations and sales campaigns
Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
Utilize CRM solution to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities, challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner
Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends
Leverage key customer relationships for video testimonials and case studies
8-10+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Sales / Account Executive experience in a software technology company
Experience selling Video Collaboration or Cloud solutions
Work well within a team of various partners within a matrixed environment (client directors, solution architects, executives, etc.)
Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn
Experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales & large projects
Collaboration and relationship building skills
Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are required
Proven client satisfaction, proven track record, & strong team player
Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
Salesforce CRM experience
Internet research skills with excellent Microsoft Office literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.
