Enterprise Account Executive

Zoom, India

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India, with experience with success in Sales. You will work with clients to provide them the right Zoom services that meet their video, room systems and online meeting needs. Working in a defined geographical territory you will engage with targeted companies, and follow up and close on several sources of inbound leads.

You will report to the India Enterprise Head.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales goals at the enterprise level.
  • Qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources.
  • Create client presentations, proposals and coordinate quarterly business reviews.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives.
  • Use solution-selling and value-selling techniques to guide sales process to close.
  • Develop business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns.
  • Upsell and use business from established customer relationships.
  • Use CRM solution to provide accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.
  • Work with management to provide forecasts, identify trending opportunities / challenges, and provide recommended solutions
  • Resolve client issues ; escalate issues to manager.
  • Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may affect client business activities.
  • Use important customer relationships for video testimonials and case studies.


 

Requirements :

  • BA/BS
  • 10+ years of Enterprise Sales / Account Executive experience in a Technology company.
  • Experienced selling Video Collaboration or Cloud solutions.
  • Direct sales experience in Video Collaboration.
  • Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn.
  • You will prospect net new logos, develop business within existing accounts and manage complex sales situations / large projects.
  • Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills.
  • Client satisfaction, excellent track record and team player.
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations with an ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Internet research skills with excellent Microsoft Office literacy [Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint]

Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
