We are looking for a Distribution Channel Account Manager,  with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in managing and growing distributor partners, strategic direct partners and indirect resellers. This position involves managing sales through direct partners and as well indirect reseller and sub-agent referral partners in ASEAN, HK, Taiwan & Korea  by supporting our Distribution and Master Agent partners. Must have experience working with SaaS Reseller Partners as well as a track record of channel sales success working in SaaS, cloud, collaboration. 

This role will involve working as part of the Asia Channel team and report to the Asia Channel Sales Lead. This role is to be based in Singapore .


  • Managing Distributor, Regional Direct Partners and Master Agent partners to deliver excellence with recruitment, onboarding, partner enablement, pipeline management, sales alignment and partner & customer happiness.

  • Manage partner alignment & work with Distribution and Master Agent teams on key priorities & investments to grow Zoom indirect sales revenue

  • Build business plans with key partners to drive mindshare and growth

  • Execute sales training and provide marketing support

  • Track sales pipeline and bookings against quota and other metrics

  • Communicate regularly and effectively with Channel Leadership & Operations, providing accurate and timely forecasts and maintaining accurate records in all internal CRM and reporting tools.


  • Minimum 5 years working in channel for a technology company preferably in managing distribution partnerships in Unified Communications/Cloud Telephony/UCaaS space. Phone knowledge is preferred.

  • Gold standard on driving Partner  programs and sales enablement

  • Experience with SaaS Resellers in Asia

  • Distribution  ecosystem in Asean & HKT. 

  • Track record of channel recruitment & sales success

  • Excellent communication & presentations skills with the ability to engage with Partner & internal Sales & Marketing stakeholders.

  • Strong operationally to program manage distribution and hold QBRs with the Disti executive stakeholders

  • Have collaborated with the Alliances that drive the Zoom ecosystem. i.e Poly, Dten, NEAT, Oracle, Ribbon, Telarus, Tradewinds etc

  • Detail-oriented, organised, ethical, responsible, self-motivated
