What you can expect

In this role you will grow adoption and deployment of Zoom Contact Center (CCaaS), Zoom Virtual Agent, and Zoom Engagement Management capabilities (WFO/WFM). Increasing awareness across current Zoom customers as well as acting as a market evangelist within new Zoom customers and customer prospects is our overarching mission. This role is based in Tokyo, and reports to Head of CX Sales, APJ based in Australia.

What we’re looking for

  •  Have 12+ years Experience of Telephony Contact Center Sales Experience (Cloud & Premises PBX), and any team leader experience is strongly required

  • Have fluent Business Japanese & English (This role is based in Tokyo)

  • Experience working within strategic Enterprise accounts

  • Experience leading others with product/services training; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials

  • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool

  • Able to travel as needed

求めるご経験・スキル

  • 12年以上のテレフォニーコンタクトセンター営業経験(クラウド&PBX)、チームリーダー経験をお持ちの方

  • 流暢な日本語と英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方(東京での勤務となります)

  • 戦略的エンタープライズアカウントでの営業経験

  • 製品/サービストレーニング、デモ、セールスガイド、学習/トレーニング教材で他者をリードした経験

  • 顧客関係管理(CRM)ツールの活用経験

  • 必要に応じて出張可能な方
