This team is responsible for Channel Sales in the Nordics region. You can be based in Sweden, Norway or Denmark.

The Channel Account Manager (CAM) will build and promote our position as the worldwide leader in Unified Communications as a Service (UcaaS) , specifically through the partner community within the assigned territory. Reporting to the Channel Sales Manager you will work together to create a channel strategy for the region.

Responsibilities

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with important channel partner accounts

  • Build a plan for partner enablement and training in assigned territory for key partners

  • You will have to co-ordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support and management resources to meet partner performance goals and partner's expectations

  • Assume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of sales cycle and update SalesForce accordingly Exceed sales quotas and revenue goals

  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, important milestones (e.g. training certification) together with Distribution resources (sales, support, etc)

  • Drive sales of new technology adoption in assigned territory

  • You will recruit new qualifying partners into the territory

Requirements:

  • You have channel sales and territory management in SaaS or UCaaS in the Nordics territory

  • You have extensive experience building business and marketing plans with partner

  • You have experience with the Distribution channel model

  • You have Experience in sales forecasting, opportunity identification and desire to close

  • You are fluent in English and a Nordics language (Sweden, Danish or Norwegian)

  • You are used to working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • You have ideally 5 or more years of experience doing a similar role

  • You have excellent communication and influencing skills

  • You understand the territory and have a strong partner network

Fraudulent Employment Offers

Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
