About the Team

Zoom's Business Applications team is looking to add a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support Zoom's ever-expanding eCommerce platform.

You will wear multiple hats while driving innovation with our eCommerce Program Managers and the broader Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Product, Payments, and Leadership teams to create a seamless infrastructure that inspires company growth. You will work across business units to understand how platforms need to evolve to enhance product offerings, promotion, and integration capabilities. This is a visible role with a unique cross-functional scope.

We are looking for an experienced analyst with knowledge of eCommerce B2C and Online Ordering platforms.

About the Role

  • Be the primary partner for our eCommerce Program Managers to understand the root cause of their needs and elicit business requirements for system changes
  • Collaborate with our Engineering teams along with spoke systems (Salesforce, Zuora) to establish user stories, functional requirements, process flow diagrams and relevant tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Facilitate requirements and solution reviews with business teams, functional owners and end-users to ensure agreement and avoid surprises
  • Coordinate with architects, developers, testers and other project team members to translate requirements, design and develop solutions
  • Lead system and user acceptance testing, negotiating with business stakeholders, assessing defects and obtaining stakeholder approval
  • Collaborate with the delivery team on development, manage testing activities and perform post-launch monitoring

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing business requirements; create and translate solution designs into user stories with testable acceptance criteria
  • Background in desktop and mobile applications and integrations including payment processors, payment aggregators, third party services
  • Experience delivering projects in a fast-paced, agile environment, applying fundamental scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives)
  • Experience negotiating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and testers to drive end-to-end solutions
  • Expertise in business process modeling and diagramming (swimlane and sequence diagrams, process flows, wireframes)
  • Experience supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart

Fraudulent Employment Offers

Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.

Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.

Zoom will never ask for your personally identifying information during the interview process or ask you to pay money or purchase equipment. If you have received a message from Zoom that appears suspicious, please contact careers@zoom.us.
