The Role 

In the role of Brand Activation Lead you will be a key leader on the Brand Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans that drive top of funnel brand metrics and core business KPIs. You will provide the vision and oversee the execution of brand measurement plans, media planning & buying, campaign advertising and brand architecture. You will manage a dynamic team crafting how our brand comes to life for customers globally and work cross-functionally with a variety of teams including Product, Design, Field Marketing and Comms. 

Responsibilities: 

- Develop a vision & strategy for activating our brand to grow perception of Zoom

- Create a robust brand measurement structure, partner with internal and external parties to build the infrastructure and share key brand insights with senior stakeholders to inform business strategy 

- Partner with Creative & Product Marketing on expanding our brand architecture to integrate new products, programs and features and adapt to changing market conditions

- Grow our media planning and buying practice through the development of enhanced processes, onboarding new partners, creation of best practices and partnership with field marketing to activate in priority global markets

- Source best in class agency partners, develop creative platforms, secure senior leadership alignment and manage the development of multi channel creative assets

- Set scalable processes and systems so Brand Marketing can continue to deliver impact globally

- Empower and coach a dynamic team delivering on business objectives and career growth

Requirements: 

- BS / BA

- 10+ years of experience in marketing technology brands & products

- Experience developing media strategies inclusive of media mix modeling, multichannel media plans across global markets, impact measurement and optimization

- Track record of partnering with product teams to build in-product integrations (in-app, notifications, messaging etc) that grow product usage & brand perception

- In depth analytical skills. Experience developing measurement plans including brand tracking and causal impact studies

- Significant experience developing creative concepts and a history of past successful campaign work that has delivered impactful results

- A track record of building brand identities &  guidelines in partnership with creative & comms teams 

- Strong analysis & prioritizations skills. Able to assess and and prioritize projects that will deliver significant impact

- Hands-on strategic leader willing to lead by doing

- Ability to communicate well at senior levels  of an organization via presentation, written, and spoken channels

Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees.
