We are looking for a Business Development Representative Manager with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive, and track record of success of sales leadership to join our team. This position involves leading a team of BDR’s who’s main responsibility is lead generation for the AE teams within Zoom. BDRs prospect and meet with clients in a defined geographic territory to provide them the right Zoom services that meet their video and online meeting needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of up to 14 BDRs.
  • Strategize with top-producing Account Executives to target prospect accounts to fill pipeline and develop overall skill set.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives to address business needs.
  • Create strategic emails to target prospect accounts.
  • Continuously maintain and update Salesforce.com
  • Evangelize Zoom product offerings across territory or named accounts.
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify new leads, obtain contact information and begin targeting through.
  • Achieve quarterly qualified lead/meeting quotas.
  • Assist the team with learning and adapting to new tools.
  • Provide strong leadership to motivate the team to success

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in leading direct sales roles or as a BDR manager.
  • Creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills for direct report leadership
  • Detail oriented, tenacious, responsible and self-motivated.
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable with MS Office.

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$107,200.00 USD

Maximum :

$161,600.00 USD

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value.  Information about Zoom’s benefits is hereNote: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.  We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
