About the Team

We are looking for a SMB Account Executive (based in Korea) who is willing to take on challenges, and have a competitive spirit, target-driven mindset. You will work with small to medium business clients (employee count of 11 to 250) to provide them the right Zoom services that meet their video and online meeting needs. You will engage with targeted companies, and follow up and close on multiple sources of inbound leads. You will report to SMB manager based in Manila and work with the local and regional teams.


About the Role

  • You will qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources and closing the deals to exceed sales and product objectives

  • You will create client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

  • You will conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address client's needs and use solution-selling techniques to guide sales process to close

  • You will develop new business opportunity and maintain business relation within existing accounts

  • You will ensure to provide accurate sales activity tracking and status on Salesforce (CRM)

  • You will work with management to provide forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions

  • You will resolve client issues and escalate issues to manager

  • Although KPIs will vary based on the market and territory, this is an outbound sales role that will require cold calls, email campaigns, Zoom Meetings, etc to effectively close business

About You

  • High-energy sales rep with proven track record of success growing the market

  • 5+ years of Sales experience in a high-speed growing company with a proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & team work

  • Direct SaaS/ Cloud/ Video solution/ Phone solution selling experience is welcome

  • Be able to hunt into new accounts, maintain business within existing accounts and manage complex sales situations and large projects

  • Must have fluent verbal and written skills in Korean and English

  • Demonstrated excellence in presentations skill with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging

  • Have a collaboration and relational building skills

  • Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills

  • Experience using Salesforce (CRM)

  • Internet research skills with knowledge in World, Excel, PowerPoint

  • BA/ BS or equivalent experience
