特に今回のポジションでは、高等教育分野(大学等)の主要顧客に向け、営業パートナーと連携しながらWorkplaceの変革に貢献します。

役割について
・エンタープライズレベルの営業目標達成
・リードの選定、ニーズ調査、テクニカルリソースとの連携
顧客へのプレゼンテーション、提案書の作成、四半期ごとのビジネスレビューの調整
・Cレベル、VPレベルのエグゼクティブとのハイレベルな会話
ソリューションセールス、バリューセールステクニックを使って、クロージングまでセールスプロセスを導く
・既存顧客の開拓と維持、複雑な販売状況の管理、販売キャンペーンの実施
・新規および既存の顧客との関係からのアップセルとビジネス活用
・CRMソリューションの活用による正確な営業活動の追跡とステータスの更新
・経営陣と連携して予測を行い、トレンドの機会や課題を特定し、推奨される解決策を提供する
・顧客のビジネス活動に影響を与える可能性のある製品ライン、競合他社、業界のトレンドに関する情報収集
・主要顧客との関係を活用し、デモやケーススタディ、事例紹介等を行う。

スキル要件
・日本語:ネイティブレベル、英語:ビジネス会話が可能な方(英語については応相談です)
・5年以上のテクノロジー企業での文教営業経験
・チャネルや戦略的パートナーと連携したハイタッチセールスの経験
・ビジネス予測、パイプライン開発、アカウント管理のスキル
顧客満足度、一貫した実績、チームメンバーやステークホルダーとの協働を確保した実績
・製品デモの実施経験、関連性の高い戦略的メッセージの構築スキル

About the Team

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Public Sector Sales team in Japan. Reporting to the Head of Public Sector Sales, you will work with clients to provide them the right Zoom services that meet their video, phone, room systems, contact center, digital events and online meeting needs. Working with our key customers in Higher Education, you will engage with targeted companies, winning their trust while contributing to Workplace Transformation.

About the Role

  • Achieve sales objectives at the enterprise level
  • Qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources
  • Create client presentations, proposals and coordinate quarterly business reviews
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives
  • Use solution-selling and value-selling techniques to guide sales process to close
  • Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
  • Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
  • Utilize CRM solution to provide accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
  • Work with management to provide forecasts, identify trending opportunities / challenges, and provide recommended solutions
  • Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may affect client business activities
  • Leverage key customer relationships for video testimonials and case studies

About You

  • 5+ years of Education Sales experience in a Technology company
  • High-Touch Sales Experience, working with our Channel and Strategic Partners
  • Business forecasting, pipeline development and account management skills
  • Proven history of ensuring client satisfaction, achieving a consistent track record, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
  • Native Japanese, Business Fluency in English required
