What you can expect
We seek an Enterprise Account Executive in Tokyo with a successful sales history and determination to excel. You work with large business clients (employee count of 10,000+, named companies and named group companies). You customize Zoom services to their needs, targeting IT divisions and executives, and driving business growth. This is based in Tokyo, and you will report to the Enterprise Sales manager in Tokyo.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, the team plays a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence.
What we’re looking for
• Have 8+ years of Account Executive experience in a Technology company
• Have excellent verbal and written skills in Japanese (+ Motivation as a self-starter for understanding English/finding some tools for translation is required)
• Have experience in selling large System Integration contracts or providing strategic consultation.
• Have proficiency in business forecasting, pipeline development, and managing complex sales cycles.
• Have experience of acquiring new clients, growing existing accounts, and managing large-scale projects.
• Have appropriate skills in Salesforce CRM, along with skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

求めるスキル/ご経験
テクノロジー業界でのアカウントエグゼクティブ(営業)経験が8年以上ある方
日本語:ネイティブレベル(加えて、英語理解のために自己学習し、翻訳ツールを使いこなすモチベーションがある方)
大規模なシステムインテグレーション契約の販売または戦略的コンサルティング経験がある方
ビジネス予測、パイプライン開発、および複雑な営業サイクル管理経験がある方
新規顧客獲得、既存アカウントの成長促進、大規模プロジェクトの管理経験がある方
Salesforce CRMの使用経験およびMS Office(Excel、Outlook、Word、PowerPoint)のスキルがある方
