Job Description

As part of our growth, we're looking for an experienced sales individual to join our Asean Digital Native team as an Account Executive. You will lead the engagement, sales and partnering into a defined Digital Native segment. You will have the presence to engage executive decision makers and be able drive partnerships and Zoom integrations within the allocated segment.

This role requires strong business development, strategic alliances, and entrepreneurial skills, with an ability to think strategically about new partnership constructs, solution selling, and anticipating customer needs. Experience in understanding the ISV ecosystem, including local start up community

is critical.

Responsibilities:

  • You will develop territory strategies and account based plans for named digital native accounts, that will underpin the next wave of Zoom's growth by having your customers build out on the Zoom platform, and/or integrate Zoom functionality within their platform, and leverage Zoom solutions within their own internal business requirements
  • Influence and partner with Regional and HQ based ISV Partner teams to understand and drive solutions for customer requirements
  • You will become a key figure within the Asean digital native community to support Zoom's position to build a strong presence and awareness
  • Build and maintain relationships with founders, C-suite and LOB leads
  • Drive sales execution, ensuring pipeline and forecasting cadence on a weekly and quarterly level. Ensure excellence with reporting, pipeline management and client happiness

Requirements:

  • 8 years+ experience building and/or managing partnerships with digital natives, and co-creating new GTM opportunities
  • Experience with North Asia Digital Native market is a must.
  • Strong Mandarin language (Written/Spoken) is a must to support the North Asia market.
  • SaaS video or web conferencing solutions selling experience
  • Ability to manage complex sales situations and large projects
  • Experience of leading/selling business transformative solutions in the areas of Digital Workplace Transformation
  • Experience as a consistently high performing Senior Sales Executive in a technology company
  • Expertise in business forecasting, pipeline development and account team management skills
  • Thorough and demonstrable knowledge and execution of sales methodology
  • Demonstrable excellence in communication & presentations skills with ability to build relevant; strategic messaging.
  • Detail oriented, organised, ethical, responsible, self-motivated.
  • CRM excellence, Salesforce experience
