About the Role
Zoom is growing rapidly throughout North America and building out strategic account Field Marketing best practices in the region. This role will be responsible for developing and running campaigns and programs to generate quality leads, move prospects through the sales cycle, build deeper customer relationships, and grow customer usage. The right candidate will have a combination of creativity and analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities
Build out the strategy and marketing programs to support priority outcomes in strategic account segments using an account-based approach. Key outcomes can include greenfield demand, account nurture, and account expansion.
Anchor the account-based approach around an audience or vertical using 1:1, 1:few, or industry-specific engagement programs.
Build scalable, repeatable marketing programs that have broad but targeted reach.
Work cross-functionally to develop a messaging and positioning strategy for the audience or vertical.
Create C-level relationships within strategic accounts through impactful content, programs, and events.
Work collaboratively with regional sales leaders to develop and implement marketing plans that support sales goals in this segment. Measure progress to goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to share best practices and identify repeatable assets and programs.
Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report results to sales and marketing leadership.
Requirements
8+ years marketing experience, preferably in the B2B software industry
Comfortable interacting with the C-Suite with the right level of professional presence
Strong project management skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with, and contribute to cross-functional global teams
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Proven knowledge of lead flow process and sales and marketing automation tools, such as SFDC.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization via presentation, written, and spoken channels
Not afraid to try new things – driven to constantly improve results.
Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables
Self-motivated and resourceful, ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree required

Fraudulent Employment Offers
Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.
