The qualified candidate will be a self-starter who is meticulously organized and able to coordinate and track information for multiple projects at a time. Global Services delivers best-in-class design, consulting, implementation and events services globally. Must also be comfortable working in an environment where managers and team members are remote.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting partnership managers addressing various requests/inquiries from hardware manufacturers about Zoom products and certification requirements/process
Supporting partnership managers create a process that will streamline hardware acquisition, maintenance, inventory and distribution internally
Helping partnership managers with competitive analysis, user behavior research and industry standard study in creating new requirements for new products
Applicants must be currently enrolled in an educational program and working towards a degree in technical degree, or a similar degree in a related field. Prior internship or work experience relating to technical, networking and/or cloud-based telecom strongly preferred
Organized, resourceful problem-solver, reliable team player, a nimble learner, and demonstrated high attention to detail and follow-through to project completion
Strong interpersonal and leadership style communication skills
Comfortable with presentations and group facilitation to achieve project design, goals, and objectives
Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of consistent and accurate deliverables to your peers and customers

Fraudulent Employment Offers
Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.
Zoom will never ask for your personally identifying information during the interview process or ask you to pay money or purchase equipment. If you have received a message from Zoom that appears suspicious, please contact email@example.com.
